Shazaam Realty is a privately held real estate development company operating across the residential and commercial sectors. We pursue both ground-up construction and the acquisition of existing buildings, and every property we develop is held within our own long-term portfolio.
We are not a development-for-hire firm and we do not build for outside clients. Because we own and operate everything we create, every decision is made with permanence in mind. We answer to the people who live and work in our buildings for years to come.

No. We are not a development-for-hire firm or a general contractor. Every building we construct or acquire is developed for our own portfolio, which we own and operate long-term.
Both residential and commercial, and both ground-up construction and the acquisition of existing buildings. That gives us four distinct paths, all serving the same portfolio.
We are based in and focused on northeastern Pennsylvania. Our concentration in one region is intentional, because it lets us steward what we own closely.
